Crocker Park Phase III is the latest expansion for retail, restaurants, and luxury apartments. The development includes four separate mixed-use buildings located in Westlake, OH.

The 580,000 square feet building design includes first floor retail and restaurant space with 316 additional residential units built above. Mechanical design includes low-flow plumbing fixtures for water conservation and air-to-air heat pump design for energy efficiency.
