Our firm provides Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Telecommunications Engineering Design Services for the construction industry. Our engineers and designers work with building owners, architects, and contractors in the planning and design of new and renovated buildings.

Mechanical and Electrical building design requires consideration and balance of owner comfort, space functionality, life safety, constructability, operating efficiency, and affordability. Our team is tasked with understanding, sizing, applying, and troubleshooting a wide range of products into seamless, functional systems designed to meet each project’s unique requirements. We utilize many tools including energy models and 3-D modeling to convey our engineered designs into a set of plans and specifications used to construct the building.

Our Engineers and Designers are responsible for the building design. Daily tasks include load calculations, field investigation, systems design and layout, modeling, and job-site inspections.

Our industry requires client contact and the ability to communicate effectively.
