Located in Orrville Ohio, this project entailed a rehabilitation of the original jelly production plant building into office space for the Natural Foods department office staff. The 15,000 square foot two-story building renovation includes complete replacement of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.

The new HVAC systems include high-efficiency condensing boilers, packaged VAV rooftop units, and a building automation system integrated to the campus infrastructure. The ductwork and piping was designed such that the distribution be functionally efficient with detracting from the aesthetic of the exposed historic building structure.

Electrical systems include new power distribution, fire alarm, LED lighting throughout, and a building-wide lighting control system.
