OMNOVA Solutions is an innovator and global provider of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals and decorative and functional surfaces. The company recently relocated their world headquarters from Fairlawn, OH to a new 2-story 57,000 SF office building in Beachwood, OH.

The building design encourages open-collaboration with minimal private offices and many informal gathering spaces. The HVAC system includes rooftop VAV air distribution with reheat provided from a hot water boiler system. Electrical system includes generator back-up for critical portions of the building and a fully integrated lighting control system.

The project achieved LEED-NC v2009 Certified status.
