This client’s Lexington Renovations consists of four distinct project phases. Master planning of the four phases totaling 41,000 square feet was required to design efficiency and properly-sized MEP systems, including, but not limited to domestic hot water generation plant, electrical distribution and locations, variable-air-volume HVAC system capacity, and tele-data preparations. With the plant operating 24/7, all process systems were carefully coordinated to remain in service during each specific construction phase, with additional care aimed at maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice maintaining proper sanitation requirements in plant-specific work areas.
